Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook are down worldwide, Let’s see what happens …

Users report that WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook was not working and showing error message from Monday 9PM onwards…

showing a message as “Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on it and we’ll get it fixed as soon as we can“.

The common most thing is the three apps are owned by Facebook, inc. in shared infrastructure which is nothing but the apps are interconnected with each other.

All three Facebook properties are market leaders in India in their categories of instant messaging, photo sharing, and social networking.

Facebook has more than 410 million users in India, and its WhatsApp messenger counts the country as its biggest market with over 530 million users. Instagram has over 210 million users in India.

The outage comes a day after a whistleblower went on US television to reveal her identity after she leaked a trove of documents to authorities alleging the company knew its products were fueling hate and harming children’s mental health.

Whatsapp officially announced the outage issues says  “We’re aware that some people are experiencing issues with WhatsApp at the moment. We’re working to get things back to normal and will send an update here as soon as possible.” 

Facebook says:

Social media giant Facebook also issued a statement saying that all efforts are being taken to restore services affecting millions across the globe. They say “We’re aware that some people are having trouble accessing our apps and products. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience,”

Instagram Says:

Youngster’s favorite Instagram also tweet the same as they say “Instagram and friends are having a little bit of a hard time right now, and you may be having issues using them. Bear with us, we’re on it! #instagramdown,”
